Easter Teacups

Happy Easter everyone! Once Easter comes around, fashion makes a solid shift from dark colors, thick textures, and tights to pastel lights, welcoming sunshine, and bare legs. My neighbor always has the most beautifully decorated lawn, making it the perfect backdrop for a little Easter outfit of the day. This is the first time my Free People Minnetonka hat as been featured on the blog, but if you've been following my instagram (@jessicaswu), you've definitely seen it more than once. 

While Easter ensembles tend to be light and feminine, I went a little against the grain with a darker coordinate but played it up with a fun teacup print! How awesome is GAP's new spring collection by the way?

The sweetly poised dancer in my photos is my friend Rachel from SF! She's home visiting for spring break, so I've been spending nearly every day with her. I'm going to be so sad when she goes back.
